“Love and Justice are not two. Without inner change, there can be no outer change. Without collective change, no change matters.” —Rev. angel Kyodo williams, Sensei
I first encountered the Prajna Paramit Hrdaya Sutra while living in Japan in 2005. Often translated as the Heart of Perfect Wisdom, or just, the Heart Sutra, it is thought to be one of the most recited Sutras in the world.
During the Pandemic I began sitting sitting in meditation with the Kwan Um School of Zen, and it was here I first took the 4 Great Vows of the Bodhisattva Path and began incorporating Radical Dharma into my daily life.
While I incorporate many forms of meditative practices in my own approach to mindfulness and communication, what I look forward to the most is helping others discover their own Dharma and their own way to the Bodhisattva Path, and ultimately take a abolitionist view of self-discovery: “No one is free until every one is free.”
