You may, or may not be aware, but everyone and everything is energy. We have a lot more say over our health and well-being than we've been taught. I was 28 years old when I learned about energy (Qi, Life-force, Prane, Mana, etc.), and I asked, "Why doesn't everyone know about this?" Embrace Holistic Center is a team of holistic practitioners who are here to help you move out old energy, build positive energy, and create a vibrant inner and outer world for everyone to enjoy. Come by during business hours for free tea, qigong and meditation practice, or book a holistic treatment with one of our fabulous practitioners. We offer a wide-range of holisitic services, all designed to expand well-BE-ing. EHC is an energetic holistic center, focusing primarily on balancing, strengthening and expanding the human energy field.
Looking for general well-BE-ing? Try community acupuncture twice a week for a few weeks. Start practicing Tai Chi or Bagua Circle Walking. Looking for emotional and spiritual well-BE-ing? Try an energy healing treatment such as Alexander Sound Therapy or Reiki. Looking for a supportive environment based on Love and Kindness? Just come by on Monday between 10am and 2pm for some free tea and read a holistic book.
